About Embracing Black

Conscious Healing

Embracing Black empowers Black women to take charge of their health and lives through conscious choices rooted in self-love, self-acceptance, strength, and courage.

We provide expert health education, practical self-advocacy tools, and create safe gathering spaces for the sharing of knowledge and spiritual practices that honor the whole woman.

Our work helps Black women to recognize the profound connection between their life circumstances and health outcomes. Be equipped to stand in your authentic power and be seen, heard and understood.
